For special occasions such as holidays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve you must check our availability in advance by phone, calling New York City, or even using our Email americandream24@aol.com

Our dormitory rooms are shared by up to four people per room and have a shared restroom (bathroom).

Our private rooms have a television, air conditioning in the summer, heater and a shared restroom (bathroom).

For check in is required an ID with photo, and we accept passport or valid driver's license. Our check out time is at 11:00 am.

For the payment we accept Visa, Master Card and cash.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, the value of one night will be deducted.
