A Family Owned Business, American Dream Hostel Welcomes you to New York City. The owner, Lou Barretto has lived in Manhattan for over 26 years; Lou speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. His wife Brenda helps out with the Real Estate business. They have a daughter, Amber, who is an actress and a son Andre who helps out around the hostel, has his own Office Accommodations Business and is starting a design firm in NYC.
Lou is around most of the time and tries to make the guests feel at home. Our staff include Perry, Rafael, David, Hermitas, Brendan and Faby at the front desk,
Floriberto and Santiago are always very helpful, Maria and Araceli they do a great job keeping the place clean.
Our prices include breakfast in the morning, WiFi, linens, pillows and towels. All of our rooms You will be in Manhattan, Flatiron District/Gramercy Park, close to the most exciting locations and events, most main points of interest including, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and stores that are studded around the neighborhood and all within walking distance from American Dream Hostel.

Important: A Reservation is complete when you receive a confirmation number from us via Email, Fax or Phone. For payment we accept Visa, Master Card and cash.

Cancellations: We will charge one night rate if you cancel at any time before or after you have occupied the room.
