Are towels and sheets provided?
Yes, towels, pillows, sheets, linens and blankets are provided.
When can I check in?
Check in time is after 1:00 pm. You may check in early if your room is available before
noon. We are open 24 hours a day.
What kind of identification is required?
Any official government issued picture ID like a drivers license or passport.
When is Check out time ?
Please check out by 11:00 am to avoid an additional daily charge.
Do you have luggage storage facilities?
Yes, You can leave your luggage with us for the day until your flight or travel arrangements are ready.

Do you have lockers?
Rooms are very safe, we can hold valuables (Passports, etc) in our office if you prefer.
Is breakfast free of charge?
Yes breakfast is free and served in the morning from 7:00 to 11:00 am, Breakfast consists
of cereal, oatmeal, peanut butter, jelly, butter, cream cheese, juice, coffee, tea, etc.
Is the smoking in the rooms?
There is no smoking inside the building, you may smoke downstairs in front of
the entrance.
Do you have a kitchen?
We have a kitchen/dinning room, there is no cooking with a stove, however you can use the refrigerator to store food and use the microwave or flameless warmers to heat up food.
Do you have weekly or monthly rates?
Yes, Please check by phone or email.
How long can I stay?
4 weeks (28 days is the maximum).
Do you have internet, WiFi?
Yes, we have free WiFi for Laptops and mobile devices.

Yes, we have two internet kiosks.
Do you have Laundry Facilities?
Yes, You can use laundry washer and dryer for $4.50 per load, from 6 am to 10 am and
5 pm to 9 pm (Last load).
Do you have parking?
We do not have a parking facility, however there are Parking garages
near the area of the hostel ($20-35 a night). You
can also find parking on the street, although different streets have
different rules and fines apply if the vehicle is not moved by a certain
time or date.
